Wielgus Models is the oldest Model Shop in America. Founded in 1950 by Ray Wielgus to be a “designers’ model shop where high quality finishes and attention to detail would be core values. We are a full service model shop – meaning we do almost everything in house. Our 15 model makers work in a 20,000 sq foot shop.

The technologies we use today are different from Ray’s day, but the culture and commitment to quality that  Ray installed  is as strong in us today as it was when Ray first opened the door to Wielgus Models in 1950. And, quite frankly, it is this core value that sets Wielgus Models apart from it’s competition.
