Wielgus Manufacturing & Assembly (WMA) takes clients past the prototype stage into small-scale, early manufacturing for beta runs or end-product resale. The key to WMA's success is a flexible operation system that can easily deal with on-the-run part revisions, as well as quantify and schedule adjustments. By keeping development and production under the same roof and in the same hands, projects move seamlessly through the process.

A recent medical diagnostic project for Gen-Probe, Inc. required FDA-level accountability and traceability on the manufacture and certification of a magnet separation platform. Wielgus Manufacturing & Assembly was able to exceed all requirements by the FDA at a quantity of 200 units per year.

Other projects include the production of 5,000 Mitsubishi satellite handsets and several hundred Proctor & Gamble working spray mops in three different styles for early beta testing.
